Welsh manufacturers need to shout more about their successes to give the country the image it deserves, panelists said at Insider’s Made in Wales breakfast debate. Kevin Crofton, executive vice president and chief operating officer at semiconductor technology manufacturer SPTS, said: "People think of Wales as a backwater, and they don’t appreciate the skills that exist here."
