Your nominations will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party in any way.
Decisions on this and other matters concerning voting are at the sole discretion of Insider, whose ruling will be final.
Nominees must have been working within your company for at least 12 months. They must work primarily for your firm in the Greater Manchester area. This includes the city of Manchester and the boroughs of Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, Wigan and Warrington.
Nominations should be based on the contribution the nominee has made to your business during the period January-December 2009. This could include the following:
• Commitment
• Financial contribution
• Improved working practices/innovative approach
• Impact on client retention/relationships/professionalism
• Leadership management
• Technical skills
The nomination does not have to be based solely on the effect the nominee has had on profitability, but on the overall contribution the individual has made. As this is a young professionals awards, due prominence should be given to achievements not normally expected of someone 35 years or under.
Self nominations will only be accepted if submitted by a senior partner, managing director or their PA.
