Cosalt's non-executive chairman David Ross has offered to buy the Grimsby-based safety and workwear business and take the company private. Cosalt revealed today that Ross - a co-founder of Carphone Warehouse - said he would supply additional investment into the business should his 0.1 pence per ordinary share proposal be accepted.
