Billington hit by 'challenging conditions'
Barnsley-based Billington Holdings has reported a fall in profit and revenue following "challenging conditions". The structural steel and engineering specialist said in its final results today that the company's pre-tax profit plummeted from £5.3m in 2009 to £1.4m in 2010 while revenue fell from £57.2m to £42.3m.
