Morrisons in £70m Kiddicare takeover
Morrisons has bought online retailer Kiddicare for £70m. The Bradford-headquartered supermarket giant said the move is the "first step in developing Morrisons' online business". Kiddicare, which has its head office in Peterborough, is to continue to trade separately as kiddicare.com.

Auto Windscreens, the Chesterfield-based windscreen repair company, has sunk into administration. The company, which operates 68 fitting centres and 550 mobile units across the country, revealed the news via its website. Administrators from Deloitte have been appointed to try and find a buyer for the business.
