PwC’s new office senior partner for Leeds, Roger Marsh, has called on the government to help rebalance the northern economy by pushing harder to attract investors. Marsh, who this week officially took over the leadership of the 700-strong office from Paul Nixon, told Insider: "There is an opportunity to rebalance our economy further by encouraging real inward investment in terms of strategic, high value manufacturing and engineering."
