Leeds Utd divulge ownership to quell "scaremongering"
Ken Bates has been revealed as the controlling shareholder of Leeds United with a 72.85 per cent stake in the Championship club. Leeds said they had released a revised ownership statement in response to media speculation about the club’s corporate structure and "its compliance with the relevant regulations of the Football League and the Football Association".

Cosalt sells marine business for £31m
Cosalt has sold its marine business for £31m, it has announced. The Grimsby-based safety equipment company said the sale will help cut its bank borrowings to £7.4m. It comes as the business reported sales of £112m for the 14 months to 31 December 2010 but it made a pre-tax loss of £800,000 before special items of £28.7m.
