Cardiff Gate business park has acquired a further 2.3 acres. Ten thousand sq ft of the new land has been leased to accountancy firm Broomfield & Alexander, and the development is due to be completed by December this year. Tony Fletcher, managing director of the 100-acre park said: “We are currently considering a number of options on how to take the site forward. There is potential for 30,000 sq ft of accommodation on the parcel of land.”
