EKF moves to Penarth and buys in US
EKF Diagnostics, the medical test company, has made its first big foray into the US market by agreeing to buy Stanbio Laboratory for £16m. EKF chief executive Julian Baines told Insider the company had secured its place in Wales by setting up its head office in his home town of Penarth. The group plans to seek further acquisitions.
