KPMG plans to anchor in Cardiff Bay
KPMG is negotiating terms on 10,000 sq ft offices at 3 Assembly Square, Cardiff Bay. The accountancy and advisory firm is likely to move its 100-strong team into the new base this summer. The lease on its Fitzalan Court office off Cardiff’s Newport Road is due to expire later in the year. Senior partner Simon Jones praised the development’s green credentials and said the move underlined KPMG’s commitment to the South Wales market.
