Public sector tipped for reform this year
The Welsh Assembly Government will start serious reform of the way it works this year, according to a top public sector adviser. PricewaterhouseCoopers director Dave Timbrell-Hill told Insider: “What might not be on the table now in terms of some fairly hard delivery messages may be on the table the other side of the election (in May).” Such reform is likely to bring both opportunities and threats to business.
