Swansea Met buys block for business
Swansea Metropolitan University has acquired the 65,000 sq ft Ty Bryn Glas office block in central Swansea, the biggest city centre deal in Swansea in five years. The university bought the High Street office from former occupier the Land Registry for £3m and will set up a business and innovation centre there to support graduate start-up companies.
