Indian group snaps up Tritech
Wrexham-based Tritech Group, a manufacturer of investment castings, has been acquired by Uni Deritend, part of India's Neterwala Group. Tritech, a supplier to OEM and Tier 1 aerospace groups such as Airbus and Goodrich, operates from two sites in Wrexham and one in Barnstaple.

Chevron strikes Pembroke deal
Chevron has sold Chevron Limited, its subsidiary responsible for Pembroke Refinery, to Valero Energy Corporation for £450m ($730m) plus an additional payment estimated to be £622m ($1bn) for Chevron Limited's inventory and other items.

Triumph Furniture Company goes into administration
Triumph Furniture Company, a Merthyr Tydfil corporate furniture and storage supplier, has gone into administration with 110 associated redundancies. Insolvency firm FRP Advisory was appointed on 11 March and said it hoped to sell the business.

Bay Leisure to open gym
Bay Leisure, the operator of Swansea's LC leisure centre, is to open Simply Gym, a 9,000 sq ft fitness venue, in the city in June.

Pembroke deal ensures ferry service
Milford Haven Port Authority has signed a commitment with Irish Ferries to provide dockside and terminal services at Pembroke Port for 10 years. The deal will allow ferry services between Pembroke and Rosslare in Ireland to continue.

RO Developments and the Welsh Assembly Government have completed their first deal at the Dragon24 office scheme in Llanelli. Charity RNID, which helps deaf people, has taken 1,080 sq ft on a ten-year lease at a rent of £10.75 per sq ft.
