Reform the public sector to aid business, says CBI Wales
Radical reform of the public sector in Wales will help companies more than a new economic development policy, according to CBI Wales director David Rosser. Speaking as the CBI launched its manifesto for the Welsh Assembly elections in May, he told Insider: "Our members are wary of the effectiveness of economic development schemes. If the Assembly Government works with business early enough, then good policies should drop out at the bottom."
