Sterilin bought by TFS
Sterilin, a Crumlin, South Wales company which makes plastic products for the medical and biotechnology sectors, has been acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific (TFS) of the US. Laboratory supplies maker TFS bought Sterilin, with sales of £21m, from Nova Capital Management, a private equity investment firm.
