Nine regional Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) winners from across the UK are in the running to win the UK Best Partnership Award at the annual KTP Awards 2010. The ceremony, which takes place on 10 March at the London Marriott Hotel, recognises the importance of collaboration and the impact it has on enhancing business competitiveness. Finalists include Heriot-Watt University’s partnership with nickel, cobalt and titanium recycler Caledonian Aerotech; Swansea University’s link-up with construction company Laing O'Rourke; and the University of Plymouth’s collaboration with seating business Zoeftig.
