Nominations will soon be open for the Insider South Yorkshire Dealmakers Dinner 2010. The event, which recognises the achievements of the South Yorkshire dealmaking community, will take place at the Mercure St Paul’s Hotel in Sheffield on 24 June 2010. Insider will present 12 awards on the night including corporate law firm of the year; financial advisory firm of the year; corporate bank of the year; young dealmaker of the year; dealmaking firm of the year; dealmaker of the year; lifetime achievement award and deal of the year (£5m plus). New for 2010, we have also introduced mid-market deal of the year (up to £5m) to recognise the work of the mid-market firms in South Yorkshire. We will also recognise the individuals making a difference to South Yorkshire’s dealmaking scene with new individual awards: corporate lawyer of the year; financial advisor of the year and corporate banker of the year.
