Rotork makes double acquisition

Bath-based engineering business Rotork has bought K-Tork International Inc, based in Dallas, for $10.6m (£6.5m). And it has also acquired Centork Valve Control, which is based near San Sebastian in north east Spain for €3.6 (£3.2m). Both purchases were paid in cash.   READ MORE...

Beachcroft and Davies Arnold Cooper have confirmed their plans to merge and Marc Charlton, spokesman for Beachcroft, said the merger could benefit the 450-strong team in Bristol.
