LDC invests in A-Gas

Bristol-headquartered A-Gas, a provider of specialist industrial gases and chemicals, has secured investment from the Bristol office of LDC. The private equity firm took a stake on the exit of fellow private equity house Growth Capital Partners from its 40 per cent holding in the business. This latest management buyout values A-Gas at £70m.
