Morgan Sindall snaps up Connaught’s social housing business for £28m
Construction group Morgan Sindall has acquired the majority of assets and contracts of troubled social housing group Connaught for £28m. Exeter-based Connaught, which is £220m in debt, entered administration this week after it was unable to secure funding to ensure the group’s long-term future.
