Wincanton in £41m European sell-off
Distribution and logistics business Wincanton, which is based in Chippenham, has revealed plans to sell off parts of its European operation. In two separate agreements, its German road activities and businesses in Central and Eastern Europe will be sold to Raben. And its logistics operations in The Netherlands will be sold to JCL.
