Synergy Health buys US sterilisation company
Swindon-based health services provider Synergy Health has bought US sterilisation company BeamOne. The deal is for £21.5m, together with a deferred cash consideration of up to a maximum of £12.3m – depending on the performance for the year ending 1 April 2012.
