The Pensions Regulator has confirmed to Insider that investigations into the pre-pack administration of Lancashire bed manufacturer Silentnight are ongoing after the sale allowed the company to dump its £100m pension liabilities. A new report has also revealed that unsecured creditors of the company should receive some cash owed to them, but the total estimated deficiency to creditors could be as much as £120m. READ MORE...
