The Clubmoor area of Liverpool is one of 50 places in the UK set to recieve a £1m boost from the Big Lottery Fund. The cash has been welcomed by Liverpool City Council leader Joe Anderson who said it was a boost to the city given the wide-ranging public sector spending cuts in recent weeks.
