TMP shortlist unveiled

Peel makes £96m move for James Bond studios
North West property group Peel Holdings this morning firmed up its offer for Pinewood Shepperton, the film studios where the latest Harry Potter movie and the James Bond franchise were shot. The company has offered £96.1m for the business – an increase of more than £8m on the initial approach it made earlier this month.

Liverpool apartment deals hit new low
The amount of completed deals on Liverpool city centre apartments hit an all-time low in the first quarter of 2011, according to the latest report from estate agency City Residential.

Kavanagh confirmed in Liverpool role
Nick Kavanagh has been appointed as Liverpool City Council’s new director for regeneration and employment. He joined the authority last August as interim director for regeneration in a job share with his previous role at Knowsley Council.
