Chancellor must deliver ‘big bang for growth’, says Stopforth
Liverpool Chamber of Commerce chief executive Jack Stopforth has urged Chancellor George Osborne to seize the opportunity to deliver a “pro-enterprise” Budget in order to boost business confidence. He said: “George Osborne needs to step up and deliver the promised big bang for growth."
