Cabvert Media awarded efficiency grant
Knowsley advertising agency Cabvert Media is one of the first recipients of the Northwest Regional Development Agency’s (NWDA) Grant for Improving Your Resource Efficiency scheme. The company has been awarded £47,500 to invest in new printing machinery. It will create four full-time jobs and is estimated to save 98 tonnes of carbon over the next ten years. The scheme is aimed at small and start-up companies and funds projects that will contribute to reducing carbon dioxide emissions and generate wider environmental benefits in the region. The NWDA has so far awarded a total of £165,800 to four businesses in the North West.
