Central Village the anchor, says Liverpool chief
Liverpool City Council chief executive Colin Hilton and regeneration boss John Kelly yesterday outlined the city's key developments to investors at MIPIM. Included in the list was Merepark's £160m Central Village development, which Hilton said would “be an important anchor point in joining the city centre together”. The plans of both the city’s football clubs were also discussed, with Hilton saying: “We are looking at site options with Everton, while if Liverpool can refinance, we're hopeful of positive news by summer.”
