Breaking news: Jennings steps down from Liverpool One
Joanne Jennings, chief executive of Liverpool One, is stepping down after leading the launch of the £1bn retail and leisure development through its launch this year and setting up the 120-strong property management team. “I have enjoyed a challenging and exciting role and am extremely proud of what has been achieved here,” she said. “As we have now delivered Liverpool One’s three-year business plan, which will provide a road map up to 2011, I feel the time is right for me to move on to new challenges.” Liverpool One owner Grosvenor is now recruiting an estates director for early next year, rather than a new chief executive, as the required leadership role focuses mainly on day-to-day operations and service delivery.
