Eatonfield to run out of cash in July
Cheshire property group Eatonfield has drawn down a further £100,000 from an equity facility provided by joint venture partner Jenard Properties. The cash is part of an £800,000 facility that is available to Eatonfield before 31 August. However, the company admitted that the facility, if drawn down in full, will only provide it with sufficient working capital through to mid-July. In a statement to the Stock Exchange, the business said: “The board continues to seek further equity funding and has confidence that additional equity funding will be made available to the group.”
