Liverpool’s Neptune Developments is to work with BDO, the administrator of Windsor Developments (Liverpool), to bring forward development plans at the mothballed Baltic Triangle site opposite the Kings Waterfront. Steve Parry, managing director, said: “It’s crucially important that this site does not continue to blight confidence or further investment in this area, and we’ll be working hard to bring forward an appropriate and deliverable development mix as soon as is reasonably possible.”
