North West property giant Peel Group is to target investors in India and South Korea as it bids to get its massive Wirral and Liverpool Waters developments off the ground. Development director Lindsey Ashworth told Insider the company has already secured cash from an unnamed Chinese investor for the first phase of its proposed £100m International Trade Centre in Birkenhead and is now set to broaden its search.
