GE Capital Real Estate has let a 244,434 sq ft industrial unit at Denby Hall Business Park to Techno Cargo Logistics, which is the biggest shed letting in Derbyshire this year. Techno Cargo has signed up for a 15-year lease at the Denby P242 development, originally a joint venture between Sladen Estates and Peveril Securities, but now part of GE Real Estates Great Space portfolio.
