Winner Trent Park Developments
Trent Park was lauded by the judges as being a brave, ambitious and pioneering project, with a particularly important green element, and this gave Trent Park Developments (TPD) victory. TPD resisted the temptation to go for the buy-to-let market and instead gave Nottingham its first £1m apartment.

Winner Hammerson
There was only one deal that was ever going to win the blue riband Deal of the Year category, and that was Hammerson and Cushman and Wakefield luring John Lewis to its Highcross shopping centre in Leicester. When John Lewis signed up as anchor tenant, Hammerson knew the success of Highcross was assured.
