"No catch" at Willow Drive, says Heb
Heb has been instructed to sell 1 Willow Drive, Sherwood Park at Junction 27 of the M1 in conjunction with Cushman and Wakefields Birmingham office, for just £93 per sq ft, some £80 per sq ft lower than its normal market price. Robert Maxey of Nottingham-based Heb said: The recent vacation of Innovate meant that our clients have instructed us to secure disposal at the very earliest possible opportunity. With this in mind we are instructed to offer the property at a quoting price of £1.6 m. Our initial advice was that the property should be marketed at £2.75 m. Since marketing began the most common reaction we have received is either is there a catch?, or oh dear have things really got that bad? The answer is no to both. The grade A office building extends to a total of 17,222 sq ft, with 62 car parking spaces, and is known locally as the former headquarters of Innovate Logistics, which was recently acquired by the Eddie Stobart Group. graphic
