Jane Eyre and Harry Potter in tourism boost
The Peak District is aiming to cash in on a tourism windfall after the surroundings were used to film several blockbusters. David James, chief executive of tourism board Visit Peak District & Derbyshire, told Insider the region was "looking forward to the additional boost" that the new film version of Jane Eyre - filmed at Haddon Hall and Chatsworth - is set to bring businesses across the region.

SSE whips up North Lincs deal
Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) has acquired a wind farm in North Lincolnshire. The site, which neighbours SSE's existing Keadby power station, was bought from Renewable Energy Systems Group (RES).

A Lincolnshire country park has ploughed £750,000 into developing farmland into a five-star caravan park. Woodland Estates completed the refurbishment after securing financial backing from Yorkshire Bank and the East Midlands Development Agency (Emda).

Roll-Royce has been rocked by another incident relating to its engines. The Derby-based manufacturer was forced to return to Bangkok after one of its engines shut down. The latest failure comes days after issues in a Rolls-Royce engine meant a Cathay Pacific flight had to make an emergency landing in Singapore.
