Hat-trick of deals on industrial estate
Suon Industrials has sold two units on the Hellaby Industrail Estate in Rotherham and arranged a lease on another. The industrial agency team at CBRE in Sheffield represented Suon.
The 10,000 sq ft unit 5 has been sold to Pyronix and 6,000 sq ft unit 4 to Sheffield business Industrial Battery Charger Services. CBRE also let the 12,000sq ft unit 2 to Clarence Merwe Systems.
"This development has proved hugely successful to date with the three new occupiers joining a number of well-known companies including Stanley Tools, Cert Logistics and Dexel Tyres to name but a few," said CBRE's Roger Haworth.
"Interest in the units was high when the properties came to the market and the deals represent an excellent result for all parties."
