APP completes two Claas projects
APP Construction, based in Leeds, has completed two projects for Claas UK, a subsidiary of German-owned farm machinery manufacturer Claas Gruppe.
Both developments are dealerships: one at Sinderby near Thirsk in North Yorkshire and the other at Micheldever in Hampshire.
Two more Claas dealership developments are planned in Suffolk and Dorset - together the four projects will be worth around £2.5m.
Founded in 2007 by Paul Burke and Anthony Quinn, APP operates in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. It has completed projects with a combined value of £10m for clients including Next, Everbuild Build Products and car dealership JCT600.
At Sinderby, the 12,500 sq ft development includes a showroom, workshop, parts sales centre, offices and conference facilities.
"The build process was well-managed, APP worked closely with us accommodating our need to continue to trade on site from temporary facilities," said Richard Vaughan, general manager of retail operations at Claas UK.
"That's why we will be continuing our successful relationship with APP in the future."
