The company, formed as part of a £14.5m management buyout of ATH Regeneration, will move into the premises developed by Leeds-based GMI Property on 1 November.
RecyCoal, formed in July, employs more than 50 staff. The business recovers coal from mining waste through a washing process. It currently has a plant in Derbyshire and is developing new projects around the world.
Recycoal chief executive Tom Allchurch said: "We have found Doncaster to be an excellent location for a head office due to its first class road and rail network. Spinner Point offers the convenience of a modern office with an excellent outlook and easy access."
The 11,000 sq ft Spinner Point is located on Doncaster Lakeside. James Poskitt of GMI Property said: "Spinner Point is a top quality development in a fantastic location, it’s ideal for an organisation like RecyCoal who were looking for a place to establish roots and develop its growing business."
