Beacon invests £8m in Caldicot
Beacon Estates, the Monmouthshire-based developer, is investing in £8m building industrial units at the Beacon Business Park near Caldicot. The company aims to attract smaller companies to the scheme.
The initial phase of the project is close to completion and tenants, including CWS, Indigo Telecom and Mechserve, have been found for some units. M4 Property Consultants, which is marketing the scheme for Beacon, said demand for space in the area was steady.
M4 director Dan Smith said: “Enquiries for smaller industrial units remain steady in the Caldicot and Chepstow areas, largely from new businesses or those who have been trading from home and are now looking for their first commercial premises.”
