Properties on market after Triodos move

Triodos Bank's move to new headquarters has released three properties onto the market.

They include Brunel House, a period building on The Promenade. A total of 7,436 sq ft of space is available here set over a basement and four upper floors. On-site parking and gardens are included.

A further 6,000 sq ft of space will be available to sub-let in the new headquarters of Triodos Bank in Deanery Road, College Green. It offers a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating with a glazed reception area, air conditioning and shower facilities.

Another 1,760 sq ft of open plan accommodation is also available on the second floor of 58 Royal York Crescent.

Ben O'Connor, regional head of office agency at GVA in Bristol, said: "Triodos Bank's headquarters is one of the city's most talked about new developments and showcases the highest levels of sustainable office construction."

The ethical Triodos Bank has leased 26,500 sq ft of newly-built office space in Bristol on five floors at WestOne in the city centre.
