The Freelance Team looks to double turnover
Exeter-based The Freelance Team is on course to double its turnover by 2014 with funding from Lloyds TSB Commercial.
The coach driver agency, which said it was currently on course to increase last year's revenues of £500,000 by 20 per cent to £600,000, plans to reach £1m turnover in the next three years.
The company said it was taking on more freelance drivers and expanding further across the UK.
To support the expansion, the business switched its bank to Lloyds which provided a larger overdraft facility enabling Freelance to pay the increasing wage bills for its drivers.
Founder Del Haggerty said: "The support offered by Lloyds TSB Commercial has been key to our rapid growth, and by continuing to recruit experienced drivers across the UK we plan to be the largest coach driver agency in England and Scotland in the next two years.”
