450 Cornwall home plan remains on track
Planning consultant Turley Associates has secured a resolution to grant outline planning permission for 450 homes in Liskeard, Cornwall, on behalf of the housebuilder Persimmon.
The resolution was made by Cornwall’s strategic planning committee. Planning permission is expected to be granted shortly following completion of the Section106 agreement.
The proposed development is to the north west of Liskeard town centre. It will have a homes, a local centre and public open space.
According to Turley Associates, the scheme has received the full support of Liskeard Town Council.
Peter Stacey, planning director in the Bristol office of Turley Associates, said: "We are delighted with this decision. This scheme will help attract new families to Liskeard and bring significant social and economic benefits to the town."
