Two Bruntwood deals in Trafford Park
Two new leases have been signed at Bruntwood's Broadoak business premises in Trafford Park.
Furniture designer Neville Johnson Limited has taken 15,600 sq ft in the building. The company has been based at Broadoak for 25 years and required additional space.
Robotic systems company HighRes Biosolutions has taken 5,000 sq ft after relocating from its previous location in the Tattenhall area of Chester.
Neville Johnson chief executive Keith Bennett said: "The group has had a very successful year; we have expanded our products and required additional premises and facilities to meet our growth plans."
Andrew Butterworth, sales director at Bruntwood, said: "These two new lettings highlight the fact that the estate's specification and location create the ability to meet the demands of a variety of businesses."
Bruntwood is a family-owned company and owns more than 100 commercial properties.
