Bromborough deals completed
Two property deals on sites in Bromborough have been completed by CBRE.
Acting on behalf of Life Technologies, CBRE completed the sale of a 13,460 sq ft at 11 Bassendale Road. It is to be used as a pathology lab for the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
A 3,000 sq ft building has also been let to the Wirral Autistic Society on a five-year lease.
Darren Hill, senior surveyor of industrial agency at CBRE, said: "11 Bassendale Road was a bespoke building, which was originally purpose built for our client to include laboratory and office accommodation, so it was particularly pleasing to secure a deal so quickly.”
"Each of these deals provides further evidence that, for the right buildings, occupiers are willing to progress with property transactions despite adverse market conditions."
