Pub and showroom up for auction
Wirral-based auction company Smith and Sons has announced details of its first auction of 2012.
The auction will be held on 22 February at the Village Hotel in Bromborough. There is to be a total of 31 lots included, with both commercial and residential properties available.
A commercial investment in New Ferry, a pub in Liverpool and a site in Moreton with a showroom and workshop are among the lots being offered.
A plot with planning permission for six houses on the outskirts of the village of Neston is also available.
Auctioneer Chris Johnson said: "This catalogue presents a broad range of opportunities for refurbishment, new build, rental and resale.
"2011 was a challenging year for the property market but auction results remained strong and there is still good demand for properties offered at realistic guides."
