Hasgrove 'encouraged' by project wins
Manchester marketing and communications group Hasgrove this morning said it has been "encouraged" by recent projects wins, but it still expects to post lower annual profits.
The company, which owns The Chase and Amaze, said it expects to report a pre-exceptional operating profit of approximately £800,000 for the year to 31 December 2011, down from £1.7m a year earlier. Gross income is anticipated to be in the region of £16.5m.
Chief executive Paul Sanders said: "2011 was a year of change for Hasgrove, resulting in improved trading by the year end which has continued into the start of 2012.
"We are focused on delivering a strong first quarter, which will provide a platform for continued growth throughout 2012."
