FreshTL secures contract win

Share | |

Plus-listed software company FreshTL has secured a contract from "a major global business" worth more than £250,000.

The business, based at the Daresbury Science & Innovation Campus, said the deal was secured through subsidiary Fresh T, however, it did not reveal the name of the business which has awarded the contract.

FreshTL provides products for social business applications and for the regulatory, compliance and health and safety markets.

In June, the company bought software specialist Mobile Safety Solutions (MSS) and raised £300,000 through a share issue. It was formed through Greener House Investments' reverse takeover of Fresh T.

The company posted sales of £19m in the year to 31 December 2010. That was up from £4.4m for the period from 29 April to 31 December 2009.

However, pre-tax losses widened from £48,400 to £445,900 for the same reporting periods. The loss per share for 2010 was 0.19p.
