PR advice... there's an app for that
Liverpool PR agency Paver Smith has launched an iPhone app which offers PR advice to its users. The agency says the software provides "daily hints, tips and advice on PR and communications issues".
Its managing director Dougal Paver said: "This sort of advice is available on the web from multiple sources but our app puts it all in one place for the first time and is free. The convenience will be a major benefit and it’ll be interesting to see what sort of traction it gains."
He said the application help expand the company’s networking activities.
He added: “It should help draw people to us to find out more about how we can help them. Being liberal with help and advice has always served us well in terms of gaining business.”
Versions of the app for the Android and other operating platforms will be developed in the autumn, according to the PR agency.
