Grouse Developments flies into Coltex House
An office building with adjoining traditional brick cottages in Rectory Place, Loughborough has been sold by agents Mather Jamie to local developer Grouse Developments. Four-storey Coltex House, which comprises open-plan office and residential space, is to be redeveloped to create one large apartment as well as ground-floor offices. The two-storey cottages are also being renovated to provide two three-bedroom cottages to let, with work scheduled for completion by July next year.
